Regulatory Compliance
Curie operates under a radioactive materials license (RS500) issued by the State of New Mexico Environment Department’s Radiation Control Bureau—allowing us to manage over 70 isotopes on-site and perform off-site services nationwide.
We also maintain a 10 CFR Part 110 NRC general license for the import of radioactive materials, enabling international recycling support.
Our operations are built on rigorous compliance, safety-first procedures, and deep regulatory expertise—ensuring every service we provide meets or exceeds federal and state standards.
